Required Return Procedures:

• Before returning any item for any reason, you must e-mail or call Road Entertainment Inc. to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which must be written on the outside of the box. Items received without an RMA number printed clearly on the outside of the box will be refused. You can e-mail us for an RMA number and return address instructions at RMA@roadentertainment.com Please include your name, and eBay item number in your message.
• Items must be received by our warehouse within 10 business days of receipt of your RMA number and return instructions.
• All Returns must be returned double boxed (manufacturers box must be inside of another box designed for shipping) with the RMA# written clearly on the outer box
• Please include the following information when returning an item:
  1. Your RMA number (printed on outside of box)
  2. Attach a note (inside of box) with your Name, Address, Phone number, eBay user id,
  email address, Reason for Return (detail description what the problem is with the unit you are returning)  
  3. A note stating if you would like a return for credit or replacement.
